Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Assessment (HE) Procedure, reviewed and updated with minor amendments approved on 29 July 2024, to include: • Changes to wordings to further clarify processes as well as roles and responsibilities • Links to updated policies and procedures as well as supporting documents and templates • Learning management system must now be updated to reflect each assessment task by first day of semester • Added additional responsibilities for the subject coordinator • Where a student declines a Conceded Pass, they will now be required to re-enrol in a core subject or enrol in a substitute subject in place of the failed subject • In addition to interim marks, formative feedback also now needs to be entered into the LMS. Minor amendments noted at Higher Education Academic Board and approved by Accountable Policy Owner in alignment with the 2024 revised Policy Framework.
