Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Work Integrated Learning (HE) Policy has been reviewed and updated to also include VET and Foundation. This updated policy has been renamed to Workplace, Industry and Community Experience Policy. This Policy will be the overarching policy for Higher Education, VET and Foundation across Academic Operations. The overarching term Workplace, Industry & Community Experience are opportunities for students to gain experience where they can apply theoretical and practical learning in the real-world context to develop skills and capability to enhance employability outcomes, support a student’s professional development in relation to their career path and aspirations.
