Summary of Changes from Previous Version
The Higher Education WIL Policy and Procedure were scheduled for review on 29 September 2023. The review process led to aligning the various HE and VET WIL policies and procedures to streamline the governance and management to benefit the student experience and reduce overall number of policies and procedures.
This Procedure integrates operational processes with existing systems and notes accreditation requirements. This Procedural update includes a rigorous evaluation process to assess the quality and risk of proposed WIL experiences to ensure appropriateness of the experience and enhancement of overall program effectiveness.
