This is the first document to be published in Melbourne Polytechnic's new Policy Register. Edition 1: Melbourne Polytechnic Executive – 19/05/2017 – Student Complaints and Appeals Policy is a new policy, which supersedes the Student Complaints Policy and Procedure – B/SV/D/7/007. The Student Complaints Policy and Procedure has been divided into a policy and a separate procedure and revision to stages in Complaints and Appeals Framework.
