The most recent TEQSA audit recommended that Melbourne Polytechnic update its sexual harassment and sexual assault policy. In line with contemporary practice, the policy suite uses the term sexual harm as a holistic term for all forms of sexual violence, including but not limited to sexual harassment and assault, stalking, indecent exposure, and technology-facilitated sexual violence. The primary audience of the policy and procedure is those who have experienced sexual harm, not those who are responding.Sexual Harm Prevention and Response Policy
