Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Credit Transfer (VET & Foundation) Procedure was reviewed and updated in Q3 2025 as part of the Revised Standards for RTOs Project and approved by Chief Executive in Q4 2025 under the urgent approval provisions. In accordance with the Policy Framework, a full review of the policy suite commenced in Q1 2026, with consultation now complete.
