  • VET Delivered to Secondary Schools PolicyThe main purpose of this policy is to set out the principles held by Melbourne Polytechnic to provide VETiS programs to secondary schools. Melbourne Polytechnic is committed to providing secondary students the opportunity to participate in quality VET programs while completing their VCE or VCAL studies and providing pathways to further education at Melbourne Polytechnic.
  • VET Delivered to Secondary Students ProcedureThe intent of this procedure is to describe the process and assign responsibility for development and delivery of VET programs delivered to secondary students (previously called VET in Schools) This procedure provides guidance in relation to information required to add VET programs to Melbourne Polytechnic’s School Portal. The School Portal is used by secondary schools to submit applications for their students to VET programs.
  • VET Training and Assessment Strategy - Monitoring, Review and Recording ProcedureTo provide a process for the monitoring, review and recording of Training and Assessment Strategy (P/P/F/2/001A) documents.
  • Video Conferencing PolicyThis policy sets out the requirements for use of Video Conferencing (VC) solutions at Melbourne Polytechnic (MP). The Video Conferencing Guideline set out in Schedule A provides Zoom meeting hosts with advice on how to secure Zoom meetings to prevent unwanted guests and disruptions.
  • VTAC Course Enrolment Deferral ProcedureThis procedure outlines the process for deferring enrolments in courses offered through the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) into the following semester or academic year.
